Phase 1

The initial phase of patient engagement analysis revolved around developing a mail conversion model to identify which patients, out of millions in the database, would be most likely to switch to mail orders based on their propensity.

Phase 2

In the second phase of the analysis, the experts focused on developing a propensity based profile and scored patients based on their likelihood of conversion from the patient claims data using 100+ prescription variables such as types of drug, frequency of dosage, recent order and 3rd party demographic data.

Phase 3

The third phase of the patient engagement analysis solutions revolved around developing a patient engagement strategy based on conversion likelihood scoring to reach out to patients who would be most likely to respond to the campaign.

The analytics experts then conducted a pilot to test the model results parallelly along with the existing rule-based calling campaign to compare the results of the analytical approach and measure its success.
