Experience: 3 to 10 years

Key Skills: Azure DevOps, Jira, TFS, Estimation Techniques, Bug Reviews, DSM, Sprint Planning, Backlog Grooming, Sprint Retrospective, Ceremonies

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with the Product Managers in prioritizing, developing, and managing the product roadmap
  • Lead vital activities such as sprint reviews, planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives
  • Ensure all team members understand the processes in order to achieve reliable and satisfactory delivery
  • Perform Agile coaching, facilitation, and support to all team members
  • Build an environment that allows the engineering team to excel
  • Establish a roadmap to measure team success and cycle time

Desired Profile:

  • Ability to motivate team members to focus on the bigger picture, and prioritize team results over individual results
  • Experience in planning, prioritizing, and working in an agile environment
  • Good knowledge of agile frameworks and experience with using Agile tools to inform and provide feedback
  • Ability to think out of the box with a can-do attitude to get things done efficiently
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate technical concepts and make them easy to comprehend
  • Must be proactive, resilient with strong leadership skills
  • Should be Certified CSM/CSPO

  • Design, development, and testing of features/functions delivered via applications and services
  • Working with product managers using agile methodologies to deliver high-quality solutions on time
  • Working with operations teams to ensure your applications and services are highly available and reliable

Desired Profile:

  • Result-driven
  • 3+ years of relevant industry and software development experience
  • Full-stack development experience
  • Experienced and skilled in system-level languages like PHP & Python
  • Must be proactive and anticipate/handle most issues before they blow up
  • Demonstrate a high level of curiosity and keep abreast of the latest technologies
  • Experience with application/service development using any JS framework

  • Be a consultant to our clients. Think out-of-the-box and develop visualization

  • Drive and energy to work hard and achieve success in an entrepreneurial
    environment
  • Should have hands-on experience in delivering projects across multiple
    industries
    and analytics areas (e.g., Supply chain analytics, Marketing Analytics, Customer
    Analytics, Digital Analytics, Pricing Analytics)
  • Deep understanding of at least one tool
  • Strong communication, storyboarding, and presentation skills

Desired Profile:

  • Proficient in PowerBI/Tableau/Qlik/Spotfire
  • Bonus for proficient coding skills in R / Python. Master-level skills in SQL

  • 2+ years of experience working with visualization tools such as PowerBI

We are also associated with the Indian Association for the Blind, an organization that is dedicated to changing the lives of over 3000 blind people by providing education, training, and employment opportunities. We organize learning sessions to take them through the world of analytics and the umpteen possibilities it holds as well as help them secure essentials.

The yearly blood donation drive that the Quantzig’s volunteers organize is a big event and preparations start as early as a month ahead of D-Day. We receive donations from over 100 employees on average and are proud to be able to save lives.
